Eileen Ng

Eileen Ng has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, demonstrated through various leadership roles. At TIME dotCom Berhad from February 2017 to July 2023, Eileen served as Head of HRBP & Performance Management, Head of Talent Management, and Head of Talent. Prior to this, Eileen worked at AirAsia as Head of Resourcing from August 2016 to February 2017, and held the position of Senior Recruitment Specialist at Maxis Berhad from May 2015 to July 2016. Eileen also served as Recruitment Manager at Bumi Armada from December 2012 to April 2015, and as Senior in Resourcing at DiGi Telecommunications from July 2008 to May 2012. Eileen's educational background includes studies at the Singapore Institute of Management and Sunway College in Malaysia.
