Tracy Gan

Tracy Gan has extensive experience in various managerial roles in the telecommunications industry. Tracy most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer at TIME dotCom Berhad, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd from January 2019 to August 2023. Additionally, Tracy held the position of General Manager, Customer Experience at CTOS from May 2017 to December 2018.

Earlier in their career, Tracy worked at Maxis Communications Bhd, where they held the roles of Head of Distributor Management from December 2013 to April 2017, and Head of Order Management & Fulfillment from December 2012 to December 2013.

Before joining Maxis, Tracy gained experience as the Head of Customer Operations at TIME dotCom Berhad from June 2009 to November 2012.

Tracy began their career at e-pay (M) Sdn Bhd, where they served as the General Manager for Customer Service & HR from September 2004 to May 2009.

Tracy Gan completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Northumbria University in 1997. Tracy later pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University, UK, from 1999 to 2002.
