Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson is a Senior Video Producer at TIME since June 2022, specializing in producing, editing, and shooting profile pieces and short documentaries while collaborating with editorial teams. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Video Producer at NowThis from September 2015 to June 2022, where responsibilities included writing and producing sponsored videos and episodic content, along with serving as an Associate Producer focused on science and technology videos. Andrew's freelance experience includes producing first-person narrative travel content for theGrio in 2020-2021 and developing a proof of concept for a series exploring the experiences of African Americans living abroad. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Interactive Multimedia and a Bachelor's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production, both from Long Island University.
