Eric Cortellessa

Eric Cortellessa is a seasoned journalist currently serving as a Senior Political Correspondent for TIME since April 2022, having previously held the roles of National Political Correspondent and Staff Writer at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Investigative Editor and Digital Editor at The Washington Monthly from August 2018 to March 2022, and Washington Correspondent at The Times of Israel from December 2015 to July 2018, with an earlier role as an Editorial Intern at the same publication. Eric holds a Master's Degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University (2014-2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in English from the University at Buffalo (2009-2013).
