With over a decade of experience in journalism, they have held significant roles at major media organizations, including Deputy US Editor and Middle East Reporter at The Times and The Daily Star, respectively. Known for directing award-winning coverage and managing cross-functional teams, Gemma has consistently maintained high journalistic standards while influencing public debate and policy. They are currently pursuing degrees in Middle East Studies at the University of Exeter and Sabanci University.
