Karl Vick

Karl Vick has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as Editor-at-Large and previously as Jerusalem Bureau Chief for Time Magazine since May 2010. Prior to this role, Vick was West Coast Bureau Chief at the Washington Post from 2007 to 2010 and held various positions at the same publication from 1994 to 2006, including Istanbul Bureau Chief, East Africa Bureau Chief, and Reporter. Vick began his career as a Reporter at The St. Petersburg Times, where Karl worked from 1981 to 1994. His academic background includes studies at the University of Minnesota from 1976 to 1979 and the University of Wisconsin -- Eau Claire in 1975-1976.
