Kathy Minton is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in content creation, production, and development. Currently serving as an Executive Producer/Director/Writer at TIME since October 2021, Minton co-executive produces a pilot aimed at children aged 4 to 8, incorporating puppetry, animation, and documentary segments. As the Principal Owner of Happy Owl Media, Inc. since July 2008, Minton specializes in nonfiction entertainment, producing documentaries and reality content.
