Jaime E. has a diverse work experience starting in 1996 with Johnson & Johnson as a Manufacturing Facilitator. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at NEC Corporation of America as a Business Analyst, providing data input and relevant information for project progress and milestones. In 1999, they joined Verizon as a Systems Engineer, and in 2004, they joined TCP (TimeClock Plus) as an Information Systems Manager. Over the years, Jaime E. held various roles at TCP, including Director of Quality Assurance and SaaS, Compliance Director and Data Protection Officer, VP of InfoSec and Data Protection Officer, and currently serves as the VP of IT and InfoSec.
Jaime E. holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Learning and Organizational Change, which was obtained from Baylor University between the years 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, between 1999 and 2000, Jaime completed a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. Before that, from 1997 to 1998, Jaime earned an MBA in Management and Business Administration from Angelo State University. Jaime's undergraduate education was also completed at Angelo State University, where between 1992 and 1996, Jaime obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and Marketing Research. Additionally, Jaime has pursued a Cybersecurity MicroMasters from Rochester Institute of Technology, which was completed in the year 2021. Furthermore, Jaime holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in November 2010.
