Maham Haider has extensive experience in customer support and quality control, currently serving as a Customer Support Team Lead and Quality Control Analyst at TCP Software since November 2020. Prior to this role, Maham worked as a Product Specialist at Humanity from November 2017 to August 2023 and as a Banking and ISO Team Representative at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company, from April 2014 to November 2017. Maham holds a BSc. Hons. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering & IT from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University), completed in 2014, and has also pursued education in Intermediate (ICS) at Kinnaird College for Women and obtained a Metric degree in the Science group from The Linderhof Lahore.
