Susan Spencer has a strong background in customer support and site operations. Susan began their career at Sitel as an Account Manager in 1996 and worked their way up to become a Senior Operations Manager in charge of outbound and inbound teleservices. During this time, they gained experience working with clients such as Verizon, AOL, and Reliant Energy. Susan then transitioned into leadership roles at Sitel, serving as a Site Director and Director of Site Operations. In 2021, Susan joined TCP Software as the Vice President of Customer Success.

Susan Spencer attended Lake View High School until 1995. From 1995 to 1997, they attended Angelo State University where they studied Business Management and Business Administration and Management, General. Susan did not receive a degree.
