TimeCoach Academy is an international, ICF-accredited coaching school founded and led by Dr. Iman Abrishamchi, MCC. We exist to elevate coaching from a profession into a lived philosophy of human development — taught not as a set of techniques, but cultivated as a mindset, a disciplined practice of inquiry, and a way of being.
Our motto is simple but radical: we live coaching before we do coaching.
Our framework integrates evidence-based models from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive and Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Phenomenology, and Linguistics. Students learn to understand human behavior through measurable insight, emotional intelligence, and reflective practice — moving fluidly between rigorous theory and embodied experience. From systems thinking and narrative coaching to strengths-based methods, mindfulness, and metaphor work, participants experience the full spectrum of modern science and human philosophy for sustainable change.
We offer three ICF-accredited pathways, delivered virtually to a global community:
• Level 1 (94 hours) — foundational coach training; eligible for the ICF ACC credential.

• Level 2 (180 hours) — advanced practice including Gestalt, narrative and systemic coaching; eligible for the ICF PCC credential.

• Level 3 (75+ hours) — an MCC-level program grounded in phenomenology (Husserl, Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty) and language philosophy (Wittgenstein).
What differentiates us is our commitment to depth. Many institutions teach coaching as a set of competencies; we teach it as a consciousness practice — uniting the rigor of science, the insight of philosophy, and the humility of lived experience. Our graduates are not merely certified coaches; they are thinkers, researchers, and companions of growth.
Programs are taught in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
