Joel Czarnota began their work experience in 2012 as an Expansion Manager at Santo Grão, where they were responsible for various business projects. Joel then moved on to Acquire Learning in 2014 as an Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the operations team. In 2015, they became the Business Manager at Accelerate Careers, where they played a key role in growing the company from one state office to four states.
Joel joined Gavl in 2016 as the Head of Sales, Customer Success, and Service Delivery, contributing to the growth of the startup to over 300 active clients. In 2019, they co-founded 1 Last Thing and No-Code Australia, demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2020, Joel participated in the Melbourne Accelerator Program and took on the role of Principal Customer Success Manager at Myagi, where they managed the customer success and account management function.
Most recently, Joel was the Head of Customer Success at HungryHungry, where they improved the customer success function, reduced churn, and played a key role in global growth. In 2022, they joined TimeEdit as the Director of Customer Success. Throughout their career journey, Joel has consistently demonstrated their expertise in customer success, leadership, and business growth.
Joel Czarnota completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management at Charles Sturt University. Joel attended from 2001 to 2004. In 2012, Joel pursued further education in Portuguese at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, Joel participated in an international exchange program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, focusing on Business.
