Claudia R. has worked in various roles in the data field since 2011. Claudia began their career as a Ponente in a Curso de Iniciación a la Astronomía at Colegio Mayor Antonio de Nebrija in 2011. Following this, they worked as a Profesora de Matemáticas y Astronomía at Academia de Altas Capacidades ARCA in 2013, and as a Facilitadora de formación científica y tecnológica at Centro Renzulli para el Desarrollo del Talento in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Data Analyst & Content Developer at Smartick, and as a Data Analyst - Team Lead at Gennion Solutions in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Data Scientist (100% Remote) at Nextail Labs. Since 2019, Claudia has worked at Ironhack as Head of Data, where they have been responsible for creating a data driven organisation, giving autonomy to the rest of the teams to use data, and working on accessibility, quality and governance of the data. Claudia has also been an Data Science & Engineering and a Data Analytics Lead Teacher at Ironhack. In 2022, they began working as Head of Data at Timeline.

Claudia R. graduated with a Licenciada in Matemáticas from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2014. Claudia has also obtained various certifications, including Introducción a Data Science: Programación Estadística con R from Coursera in October 2016, Machine Learnig from Coursera in May 2016, The sequel to SQL from Code School in January 2016, and Try SQL from Code School in September 2015.
