Thays Dresch

Thays Dresch has several years of experience in product management and business analysis. Thays currently works at Timely as a Product Manager, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at minu.co as a Product Manager from January 2022 to June 2022. Before transitioning into product management, Thays held roles at Contabilizei as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, where they were involved in product discovery, conducted quantitative and qualitative analyses, defined metrics and KPIs, and tracked OKRs. Thays worked at Contabilizei from November 2020 to December 2021 as a Product Owner and from October 2019 to October 2020 as a Business Analyst. Thays also worked at Telefónica as a Senior Project Analyst from March 2017 to October 2019 and at GVT as a Business Analyst from November 2010 to May 2016, where they were involved in understanding business processes, providing functional support in developing technical solutions, and negotiating scope and deadlines.

Thays Dresch received their education from Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Tecnologia em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. Thays also holds additional certifications in Product Discovery from Cursos PM3, obtained in December 2021, and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2014.
