Alexandre Zaia

Alexandre Zaia is a seasoned professional in the fintech and banking sectors, with extensive experience in risk management and product leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Cards Business Unit at Neon since February 2020, Alexandre oversees a team of around one hundred individuals, focusing on product management, strategy development, and P&L management for card products. Prior to this role, Alexandre held multiple positions at Santander Brasil from 2007 to 2020, including Superintendent of Personal Risks and Superintendent of Individual Risks, where responsibilities encompassed credit and fraud policies, portfolio management, and strategic policy development. Alexandre holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
