Jamil Marques

Jamil Marques is an experienced financial executive and entrepreneur currently serving as SVP, COO, and CFO at Neon since January 2021. Additionally, Jamil holds the position of Board Member at C&A Brasil and serves on the Audit Committee for Westwing Brasil, both roles starting in 2022. Previously, Jamil was a Board Member at Vasta Educação from July 2020 to January 2021 and held roles as Vice President of Finance and CFO at both Cogna Educação and Kroton from October 2019 to January 2021 and May 2015 to October 2019, respectively. Earlier career highlights include positions at AES Brasil as Corporate Planning Director and at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager. Jamil's career began at UBS AG as an Associate Director and has included a start at Alcoa Aluminio S.A. as an intern. Jamil holds an MBA from INSEAD and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School, alongside a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
