Julia Longo

Julia Longo is a Learning and Development Manager at Neon, currently leading initiatives that focus on employee growth and performance enhancement. Previously, they served as a People Journey Sr Analyst at Movile, where they worked on talent acquisition, performance management, and cultural transformation within the organization. Julia has also held roles in various companies, including Stone and idwall, where they contributed to HR strategies and employee development programs. They have a background in Biotechnology Engineering from UNESP and completed a strategic HR management program at FIA Business School.
