Larissa Granato is a dedicated professional with a passion for data and credit policies, currently serving as a Senior Credit Policy Analyst at Neon. Their career in the financial sector has been shaped by significant growth within fintechs and digital banks, starting from diverse roles in customer service, PCP, and PMO that provided a solid foundation in communication, analysis, and process management. Prior to Neon, Larissa worked at C6 Bank, where they developed credit policies for various products, enhancing their understanding of the industry.
