Leandro Gomes

Leandro Gomes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. With a degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Leandro began as a researcher and developer at UFRJ, where work involved modeling and developing tools for code generation. Leandro progressed through positions at OWSE as a junior developer to software architect, contributing to numerous projects with technologies like Java, JSF, and Hibernate. In senior and lead roles at companies such as Nubank and OLX Brasil, responsibilities included managing global teams, enhancing software engineering processes, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer II at Neon, Leandro continues to utilize expertise in software architecture, machine learning, and real-time data systems with a focus on standardization and process improvement.
