Rafael Xavier

Rafael Xavier is a seasoned product design manager with extensive experience in leading design teams across various industries, including financial services and technology. Currently serving as Sr Product Design Manager at Neon since June 2022, Rafael directs a team of 10 designers focused on enhancing cash management experiences. Previously, as a Product Design Manager at Nubank, Rafael led teams to develop solutions for customer experience, including innovations like a video chat for deaf users and integrations with major payment platforms in Latin America. Rafael's background includes managing product design efforts at OLX Brasil, Accenture, and Petrobras, with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design. Rafael holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from UniRio and has been involved in academia as a professor at Escola Superior Cândido Mendes.
