Thais Jorge

Thais Jorge is an experienced professional in employer branding and communication, currently serving as an Employer Branding Specialist at Neon since April 2024. Previously, Thais held the role of EVP & Employer Branding Global Manager at AB InBev and Bees Brasil, where the focus was on employer brand positioning and stakeholder engagement. Thais has a strong background in strategic content production and internal communication, demonstrated through experiences at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Caiena, and as a reporter at Grupo RAC. Thais began a career in journalism after obtaining a degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas in 2013, and earlier roles included contract management at IBM.
