How we support our clients We partner with our clients at different stages of their transformation and growth journey, often in an international and multicultural context:

- Upstream, to clarify organization, roles, and management structures
- At execution level, to identify and recruit the right talent
- Along the journey, to develop leaders, managers and teams for business performance

What we do
We operate at the intersection of business, organization, and talent, with three complementary areas of expertise:

- Strategic Recruitment & Executive Search
- Coaching, Training & Workshops
- HR & Management Performance Advisory

In recognition of our impact in leadership development, TIMEO has received two Brandon Hall Group awards for Excellence in Leadership Development in 2022.
