Heba Emad is an experienced professional in sales operations and customer service, currently serving as Senior Sales Operations at Times Developments since October 2023. Previously, Heba worked at El Baron Developments from October 2020 to October 2023 as a Collections Specialist and Customer Service representative, where responsibilities included resolving customer complaints, managing inquiries, and demonstrating a positive attitude. Prior to that, Heba held the position of Senior Operations Specialist, where tasks involved updating inventory and managing CRM systems. Additional experience includes serving as an Administration Assistant at Go Khozam Developments from August 2018 to December 2022 and as an Office Manager at For Abu Dhabi from December 2011 to June 2012. Heba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from New Cairo Academy, completed in December 2017.
