Afonso Baptista is a seasoned product manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience across various roles and companies. As the first Product Manager at Mattoboard (Techstars '22), Afonso achieved significant milestones including attaining a product-market fit and managing a global community of over 50,000 users. Co-founding 0Regrets involved leading a team to successfully position the product in the top rankings on app stores while conducting extensive user research. Prior experience at INGA included shipping a marketplace product and leading UX design initiatives. Currently, Afonso serves as the Founder of Life Potential, empowering individuals through skill development and self-awareness, while also managing product development at Timestamp, focusing on digital and soft skills training initiatives across Portugal. Afonso holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with Marketing from the University of Warwick.
