Daniel Gomes

Daniel Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel began their career in 2001 as a Software Functional Tester at Altitude Software. Daniel then worked as a Professional Intern at Instituto Politecnico de Beja before moving on to become a Teacher at School - Jaime Moniz. In 2008, they joined WinTrust as a Delivery Unit Director - Software Quality Assurance, a role they held until 2019. Most recently, they have been working as a Software Quality Assurance Director at Timestamp since 2019.

Daniel Gomes has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Beja, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained several qualifications including Advanced Level Test Manager from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2014, Rational Quality Manager from IBM in December 2012, and Advanced Level Test Analyst from ISTQB in December 2011. Daniel also holds certifications in HP LoadRunner, AIS (Accredited Integration Specialist), HP Quality Center, HP QuickTest Professional, and Foundation Level from ISTQB, all obtained between 2008 and 2009.

In terms of further education, Daniel completed an Advanced Program in Leadership, Negotiation, and Crises Management at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2021 to 2022. Daniel also completed a Specialization in General Management, specifically the PGG - Advanced Management Program for Executives, at the same institution in 2015.
