Luís Leão Silva is an Information Technologies Consultant and Senior Executive with over 20 years of experience. They hold a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from IST and began their career as a Research Fellow at INETI, focusing on parallel processing architectures. Luís later joined Oracle Consulting, leading teams on projects in the Public Sector and Financial Services, where they received the 1st Public Sector Best Practices Award. Currently, they are the Managing Partner at timestamp:biw and COO at Riverbank Software Solutions, both of which they co-founded, while also serving as a Board Member at Timestamp group.
