Joseph Treadwell

Head of Partner & Customer Success at TimeXtender

Joseph Treadwell has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Joseph started their career in 2011 at Ni-Pro Plastics as an IT Manager & Data Analyst, where they were responsible for operations, purchasing, human resources, and IT. Joseph also developed and maintained relational databases for inventory management and contact management.

In 2015, Joseph joined TimeXtender as a Solution Architect, where they implemented data warehouse solutions using automation software and Agile methodology. Joseph coordinated with team members to meet project deadlines and consulted with clients to develop detailed implementation plans.

Over the years, Joseph progressed within TimeXtender and held positions such as Lead Solution Specialist for North America and Solution Specialist Director. In these roles, they led pre-sales teams, delivered presentations and product demonstrations, and trained partners on data estate solutions. Joseph also created comprehensive online training programs, saving the organization thousands of consultant hours per year.

Currently, Joseph serves as the Head of Partner & Customer Success at TimeXtender, where they oversee the Solution Specialist and Customer Success teams. Joseph'smain focus is ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical knowledge, methods, and tools to support partners and customers in achieving success.

Joseph Treadwell obtained their Bachelor's degree from La Sierra University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Joseph has also acquired several additional certifications, including being a TimeXtender Solutions Architect certified by TimeXtender in November 2020, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate certified by Microsoft in January 2021, and a CompTIA A+ certified by CompTIA in March 2015. Joseph also holds a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in May 2015.
