Timian: Empowering Your Team to Respond Positively to Challenging Behaviour

For over three decades, Timian has partnered with health, education, and social care professionals across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, and Chile. Our RRN Approved and BILD ACT certified training programmes empower your staff to go beyond simply de-escalating challenging situations. We delve deeper, exploring the root causes behind such behaviours, and equip your team with effective strategies to prevent escalation while maintaining everyone's safety and dignity.

Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that every individual's needs are met with compassion and understanding. Timian's positive behaviour support model not only equips your staff with the confidence and skills to manage complex situations but also fosters a more positive and supportive working environment for all.

If you're seeking to enhance your team's capabilities and create a safer, more positive environment, we invite you to explore our training programmes or contact us for a tailored consultation.
