Leticia Menzzano has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. Leticia began their career as a Tour Guide at the FGCU Welcome Center in 2017. In 2019, they took on three internships, serving as a Reporting & Promotions Intern at FGCU Eagle Media, a Marketing Intern at Miromar Outlets, and a Publicity Intern at C2 Communications LLC. In 2020, they were hired by Timilon as a Product Marketing Manager and then promoted to a Marketing & Branding Specialist.

Leticia Menzzano received their Bachelor's degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and minor in French from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including an Omnichannel Retail Strategy Specialization from The Wharton School in November 2021, a Marketing Digital certification from Universidade de São Paulo and Coursera in August 2020, a Social Media Marketing Certificate from Northwestern University and Coursera in August 2020, a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google in September 2020, and a SEMrush Social Media Toolkit certification from SEMrush.
