Caro van Geffen

Caro van Geffen's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies.

From 2016 onwards, Caro worked at Timing where they started as an HR-Consultant and was responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel. Caro also guided job seekers in finding suitable employment. Caro then transitioned to the role of Teamlead, where they managed and supported a team of consultants, conducted coaching, absenteeism, and job interviews, and assisted in starting up large accounts. Later, they became a Manager a.i., and currently holds the position of Manager. In this role, Caro aspires for Timing to become the most valued manager of flexible labor and payroll in the Netherlands.

Prior to working at Timing, Caro was employed at Debuut BV as a Floormanager for a brief period and as a Horecamedewerker. Caro also worked at NewWorld as a Promotie-/Salesmedewerker and at HTC Son Hockey as a Jeugdtrainer/Vrijwilliger.

Throughout their career, Caro has gained experience in HR management, team leadership, sales, and client relationship management.
