Femke Eilerts has extensive experience in the hospitality and events sector, beginning as an Allround employee at Eetcafé-Cafetaria de Brink from February 2011 to April 2017. Following this, Femke worked as a Sales and Marketing Trainee at The Dylan Amsterdam, where responsibilities included supporting the sales team and managing social media content. Notable achievements include being recognized as Employee of the Year in 2019 while serving as a Groups & Events Coordinator. Femke has held positions such as Event Manager, Regional Sales Manager at PPHE Hotel Group, and currently works as a Relatiebeheerder / HR medewerker at Timing and as a Sales Advisor at Rituals (B Corp™). Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management from NHL Stenden Hogeschool and minors in Event Management from Stenden University in Thailand and Bali.
