Iris ter Wiel is an experienced manager with a proven history in the staffing industry. They began their career as a Sales Consultant at Gelderse Sport Federatie from 2002 to 2004, before becoming an Internal Trainer and later a Senior Operational Manager at Tempo-Team until 2019. Iris then worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at Randstad until 2024 and currently serves as the Business Director Inhouse at Timing from 2025 onwards. They earned their HBO degree in Commerciële Economie from HAN University of Applied Sciences between 1995 and 2000.
