Shivana Chauthi

Shivana Chauthi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Shivana started their career in 2010 at Etos as a Verkoopcoördinator, where they were responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring the presentation of the store and products. In 2012, they worked in Horeca en Toerisme at De Kleine Indo until 2017.

In 2017, Shivana joined Randstad as an HR-stagiair, where they planned and organized interviews and intake days, conducted progress meetings, and served as a point of contact for clients and employees in both Dutch and English. During the same year, they also worked as a Project Intercedent at Timing, handling the entire recruitment process for clients in the technical sector.

From 2017 to 2018, they took on the role of Hotelmanager at Bastion Hotels, overseeing daily operations, acting as the main point of contact for customers and staff, and managing room and activity scheduling. Shivana returned to Timing in 2017 as a Project Intercedent in charge of recruitment for clients in the technical sector until 2021.

Shivana'smost recent position was at Van Tilburg-Bastianen Groep B.V. as a Senior Planner, beginning in August 2021 and ending in March 2022. In this role, Shivana served as the first point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and repair appointments, translating their requirements into technical work orders for autotechnicians and ensuring timely communication with the clients.

Currently, Shivana is working as a Project Intercedent at Timing, where they continue to handle recruitment processes for their own clients, including those in the technical sector.

Shivana Chauthi attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2017, where they studied human resources management. Prior to that, they studied at ROC Midden Nederland from 2014 to 2016, obtaining a degree in Filiaalmanager at the MBO Niveau 4 level.
