Roberto Catalán has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Roberto started their career with a professional practice at COPEC S.A. in 2005. Roberto then worked as an IT process engineer at LATAM Airlines from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for developing procedures for the maintenance department during the installation of the 787 project. After that, Roberto served as an innovation project manager at LATAM Airlines from 2012 to 2014, proposing and managing innovative projects and monitoring industry trends.

In 2014, Roberto founded juus.to, where they designed and managed a web-based solution for managing consumer and mortgage loans. Roberto collaborated with financial institutions, real estate companies, and property brokers to optimize the product and decrease interest rates for applicants.

From 2015 to 2020, Roberto served as the founder of Papel.cloud.

In 2016, they joined Trencadis | Consultoría Innovación Corporativa as an innovation project manager, where they managed a portfolio of innovation projects for clients in the insurance, banking, and software industries. Roberto conceptualized and designed high-impact technological innovation projects, securing leverage from Corfo funds.
