Jenna Leinonen

Jenna Leinonen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jenna is currently working at Timma as a Senior Service Designer, where they lead the service design and user experience research domain, bringing the voice of customers and users to the product team. Prior to that, they worked at Verkkokauppa.com Oyj as a UX Designer, focusing on designing user-centric services and tools for both employees and e-commerce customers. At Accountor Group, they served as a Service Designer at the innovation unit a+Lab, where they were involved in exploring and developing innovations in the financial management and HR industries. Jenna also worked at Accountor Finago Oy as a Master Thesis Worker and UX Designer, contributing to projects related to product roadmapping and AI features in financial management products.
