Chris Todd P.e.

Chris Todd, P.E. has a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Chris started their career at CESI Land Development Services in 2001, where they worked as a Civil Engineer for five years. Chris then joined ESP Associates in 2006 as a Project Manager, where they focused on multi-disciplinary consulting and innovative technology. In 2007, they moved to ColeJenest & Stone as a Senior Project Manager, where they contributed to land planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering projects for both public and private sectors. Since 2016, they have been working at Timmons Group as a Principal/Senior Project Manager, leading a diverse range of projects and providing complete solutions for client success. Chris Todd, P.E. has demonstrated their expertise in the field through their extensive experience and commitment to forward-thinking design.

Chris Todd, P.E. has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Banking from Appalachian State University, from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their education, Chris Todd, P.E. holds certifications including Charlotte-Mecklenburg Certified Site Inspector (CMCSI) from the City of Charlotte, and Professional Engineer licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
