David Saunders, PE, DBIA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water infrastructure and public utility projects. Prior to this role, David held leadership positions as Vice President at Patton Harris Rust & Associates from 2003 to 2009 and as Vice President/Principal at Gilbert W. Clifford & Associates, Inc. from 1990 to 2003. David began a career in engineering as Project Manager/Associate at C. Allan Bamforth Jr.; Engineer - Surveyor from 1981 to 1990. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
