Derreck Kinter is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in transportation planning, GIS, and electrical design. Currently serving as a Transportation Planning Specialist at the Virginia Department of Transportation since August 2024 and a GIS Specialist with Timmons Group since February 2023, Derreck has also contributed as a Technical Analyst II.
