Matthew Moore

Matthew Moore has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Matthew started their career as a GIS Technician at Loyola Enterprises Inc. in 2003. Matthew then worked as a GIS Specialist at WorldView Solutions Inc. from 2003 to 2004, and later as a GIS Analyst at Geo-Marine, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Matthew joined AECOM in 2007 as a GIS Analyst and continued in that role until 2010. Matthew then worked as a GIS Analyst for MicroTech with a focus on the United States Air Force from 2010 to 2011. Matthew returned to AECOM as a GIS Web Administrator from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as a GIS Specialist at WorldView Solutions Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Systems Architect at Timmons Group starting from 2018.

Matthew Moore earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained various certifications. Matthew became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner through Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021. Matthew also acquired the certifications of Enterprise Geodata Management Professional 19-001 and Enterprise Administration Professional 19-001 through Esri, in September 2020 and February 2021 respectively.
