Taylor Dowell

Taylor Dowell, P.E. is a seasoned civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in project management and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager at Timmons Group since October 2025, Taylor previously held roles including Department Manager I at Terracon, overseeing a team of six project managers and managing various geotechnical projects, and Construction Services Operations Manager at JDS Consulting, leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining client satisfaction and financial performance. Earlier positions include Geotechnical Project Manager at ECS Group of Companies and Geotechnical Staff Engineer at Zannino Engineering, where Taylor managed projects and conducted engineering analyses.
