Thomas Ruff, PE, PTOE, AICP is a seasoned professional in transportation planning, analysis, and design, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Timmons Group since July 2011. With extensive expertise in pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure design, corridor studies, traffic calming, and safety assessments, Thomas has led various projects focused on traffic engineering and roadway design. Prior roles include Transportation Project Manager and Transportation Project Engineer at the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as a Science and Technology Policy Intern at ABB.
