Frank Koen

Frank Koen is a seasoned professional in governance and oversight, with extensive experience in various leadership roles across municipalities and educational organizations. They served as the Chair of the Association of Municipalities of South Holland from 2010 to 2015 and held multiple positions in safety and planning committees throughout their career. Currently, Frank is the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Stichting Timon and Preses of the church council at Protestantse Gemeente Lux Mundi. Frank is also pursuing further education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, focusing on governance and oversight in the semi-public sector.
