Our capability extends across advanced CNC machining, with expertise in 5-axis milling that allows us to produce complex, multi-sided geometries in a single setup. This efficiency not only reduces lead times but also maintains exceptional levels of accuracy.

Flexibility is central to our approach. We support customers from prototype development through to medium-volume production, with the capacity to deliver batch sizes typically ranging from 50 to 1,000 parts. Lights-out machining enables us to run production around the clock, helping us to deliver competitively priced components without compromising quality.

In addition to machining, we offer in-house engraving and manage surface treatments such as anodising and electroplating through trusted partners. This means we can supply fully finished components ready for assembly, reducing the need for multiple suppliers.
