Darren B. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Darren began their career in 2001 as a Police Inspector at Merseyside Police, where they worked until 2009. In 2011, they joined Timpson Limited as the National Recruitment Manager & Head of the Timpson Foundation, a role they held for over a decade until 2022. Currently, Darren holds the position of Director of Diversity & Inclusion for the Timpson Group at TIMPSON LTD.

Darren B. obtained a Bachelor's degree (BA Hons) in Business Administration and Management from Liverpool John Moores University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
