Jonathan Pool

Jonathan Pool is the Group Head of Internal Audit at Tindall Riley & Co, overseeing the internal audit function for the organization and its mutual associations. Jonathan develops annual audit plans and manages a team of auditors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Jonathan held various senior audit roles at ArgoGlobal, Westfield Specialty, and PwC, where they built expertise in financial reporting frameworks and regulatory compliance. Jonathan also served as a Partner at The Anatolian Partnership and was the Head of School at Purton House School Homeopathy. Jonathan earned a 2:1 degree in Psychology from UCL.
