Raphaël Steve has extensive experience in brand management and innovation. Raphaël is currently the Head of Innovation at TiNDLE Foods, starting in April 2022. Before that, they worked at Procter & Gamble for 10 years. From September 2020 to March 2022, they served as the Brand Director - Sustainability, leading sustainability efforts for Hair Care in Europe. In this role, they focused on designing sustainable and inclusive product innovations and communications. Prior to that, from October 2017 to September 2020, they were the Brand Director for Aussie Hair Care Europe. During their time in this position, they successfully revitalized the brand, implementing new business models and go-to-market strategies, leading to growth in sales and profit. Raphaël also led the brand's digital transformation and managed a team of 8. Before that, from September 2016 to September 2017, they served as the Senior Associate Brand Manager for Head & Shoulders and Aussie UK, responsible for marketing plans and top-line performance in the UK and Ireland. From July 2015 to September 2016, they held the position of Senior Associate Brand Manager for Head & Shoulders Europe, overseeing the brand's go-to-market strategy and P&L in Europe. Lastly, from November 2012 to June 2015, they worked as an Associate Brand Manager for Clairol Nice'n Easy, where they focused on brand building strategies and innovation design.
Raphaël Steve began their education journey in 2006 when they enrolled at Centre International de Valbonne - Classe préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles. Raphaël obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics after completing this program in 2008. Following this, they pursued further education at KEDGE Business School, where they completed a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they also studied abroad at XLRI Jamshedpur, where they participated in an exchange program and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree for the Fall 2011 term.
