Senior Customer Success Engineer at Tines

Ian Ronan has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Ian began as an Intern Web Developer at Gnarly Adventure and later worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Limerick in 2016. In the same year, they joined Smart Power ATE as a Software Developer. From 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Support Agent at Teamwork.com. In 2018, Ian joined Poppulo as a Technical Services Analyst, followed by roles as a Technical Services Developer and Integration Solutions Engineer, ending their tenure in October 2021. Currently, they work at Tines as a Customer Success Engineer, starting in November 2021.

Ian Ronan completed a Higher Diploma in Software Development at the University of Limerick from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Music, Media, and Performance Technology from the same university, graduating in 2015.
