Paula McDonnell

Paula McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paula currently works as a Technical Account Manager at Tines, where they focus on advanced automation for security and operations teams. Prior to Tines, Paula worked at Bullhorn as a Customer Success and Project Manager for Herefish Software and TempBuddy Software. At TempBuddy, they served as an Implementation and Support Manager. Before that, Paula was a Key Account Manager at Zetes - UK & Ireland, where they assisted customers with better visibility in supply chain and mobility processes. Paula also worked as a Technical Support Services (TSS) Account Manager at IBM, handling support management services for hardware systems and enterprise software. At Exchequer Software Ireland, Paula had two roles: as a Client Relationship Manager, they developed strong relationships with clients and demonstrated the company's software range, while as an Implementation and Training Consultant, they managed implementation tasks and provided training. Their early career at Accenture involved supporting and deploying Client Financial Management Tools and Services in Europe.

Paula McDonnell completed their high school education at Convent Of Mercy Secondary School in Roscommon town from 1992 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology for Business at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, which they successfully completed in 2002. In 2004, Paula then enrolled at Trinity College Dublin to pursue a Higher Diploma in Information Technology in Education, which they finished in 2005.
