Michael Agnew

Michael Agnew is a skilled operations engineer with significant experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as the Lead Operations Engineer for Fiber Networks at Ting Internet since June 2022, Michael oversees a team responsible for the operation and troubleshooting of access and regional backbone networks, emphasizing customer experience and network reliability. Previously, as a Network Engineer at Tucows, Michael designed and optimized global network infrastructure and participated in various project roll-outs. At Charter Communications, Michael advanced from Network Engineer II to Network Engineer III, enhancing client experiences and driving network engineering projects. Early career roles included a System Engineer Co-Op at SMP-CORP and a CIT Network Assistant at SUNY Geneseo, where network troubleshooting and deployment were key responsibilities.
