📚 OUR FOUNDER'S STORY: After 20 years in marketing, Kim Schmitz left the corporate worlds of tech, medical devices, test & measurement, and contact centers to start her own venture. Her first business, a corporate event marketing agency, grew from one to ten clients in just three years. When the pandemic disrupted events, she joined forces with a boutique strategy firm. Together, they led strategies for Fortune 100 companies and grew the agency to be the most profitable in its history.

But corporate events burnt her out. 😩

In 2024, she returned to her marketing roots and launched TINK Marketing & Design to help small and mid-size businesses build strategic marketing plans, take marketing off their plates, and accelerate growth. Since then, she's supported nonprofits, startups, and growing businesses with clear, actionable strategies that drive results.
